You operate a syringe, and by pointing your mouse to the right spot on the body and pressing the left mouse button, it will attempt to make the injection. In order to know where to stick the needle, a green bulls-eye is marking the spot.
Hitting the spot will gain points, missing it will cut the patient and will make you lose points.
This simple objective is very addictive, and plays well, sticking someone with a needle has its attractions, it is something we can get away with because it is a game.
